As it turns out, the UTG shotgun is not that much better than the CYMA P.799 shotgun. i stripped mine down to find out what was rattling around inside, and it turned out that a piece of something had broken off, (not major, performance was still up to snuff) and noticed a stress fracture at the rear of the gas cylinder, spreading across where the charging handle mounts to.
the barrel is cheap aluminumum, very little precision. hopup is anemic, but effective. similar set up as the cheaper guns; low quality piston, piston head, cylinder, nozzle, etc. cylinder has tendency to break after prolonged use due to high spring pressure.
overall, a very good gun to start out with or fall back to, but as a main weapon, will only last about 6 months. but for $32, that's not bad.

the hardballer shotguns, look like shit, are small, but are also decent guns, especially as just a back up springer, they have good range and power. another thing for the colonel to shoot me in the fucking face with.

fuck the hardballers...they are weak as hell. you'd honestly be better off with the CYMA P.788 (that's the one without the long buttstock) or the UTG shotgun.
