best bet is to get a Beretta F92S or M9, find a nice extra long (about 1 inch longer) 6.04 or 6.05mm barrel for it, and learn how to shoot with it.

okay, i want to see you hit something at 360 fps with a short barrel. high velocity + short barrel = zero accuracy. not to mention WA is 2.5 times the price of a TM. and we know the M9 is a very reliable pistol.

Ok so I know this is an old thread. Hell,it’s old anywhere you go. And I’ve done some poking around the good ‘ol web about HFC in general. It’s a mixed bag of moans, groans, bitches, praises, etc that its so hard to tell wtf this HFC is all about. So I bought one for about $80 or so shipped just to see for myself. Right out of the box I spotted a problem: the f’n front sights were missing!!! I emailed the vendor right away and they gave me a choice. I could send it back for a replacement or they would sell me another one at cost with no shipping charges and they would send it out immediately. I opted to fork out the price at cost for a second one (spare parts and an extra mag?) BUT I asked to kindly inspect it before it was shipped.
While I wait for the second to arrive, and I still am, I’ve gone through about 500 rounds on the gun I have, and well, so far so good. I took it apart, checked is all out, and everything seemed to be just fine. I wasn’t really paying attention to accuracy, nor did I bother to chrono it, because all I wanted to do is get through 500 rounds as fast as I can to see if anything would go omgwtfhappened. Gonna get more gas this weekend at the Rt. 18 Flea market and burn through the bb’s I have left over (about 1000 left) this weekend, and I’ll let ya know what happened.
OK so now I will have 2 identical M9’s, one missing the front sights cos it’s a freaking separate little piece. Cruising ebay, I found an HFC upgrade kit for M9’s that comes with a new receiver, longer barrel, spring, and what looks like a recoil compensator. I’ll have it some time next week and, if I have time, I’ll run it through more accurate testing and have a small report on it.

Just an update on my M9. I've gone through a whole 2000 rounds this weekend and it still shoots. One thing: it's a gas hog. The manual says it will hold 25 rounds, but you will run out of gas between 17th-19th round. So I load it with about 15 rounds. I can't give a proper accuracy report because IT HAS NO FRONT SIGHTS. . I'm still waiting for it in the mail.

Yes I am. I also let it warm up a bit after I think I gave it enough squirts, usually 3 to 4.
